Atri brings a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to Procure Property, drawing on his extensive experience in property development and site acquisition. With a keen eye for identifying land and buildings with development potential, he plays an important role in supporting the operational growth and commercial direction of the business. Atri holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich.
Having joined Proseed as a Head of Land & Planning in 2025, Atri brings over 25 years of industry experience and is regarded for his expertise in sourcing off-market opportunities and for his comprehensive involvement throughout the entire development lifecycle, from site identification and acquisition through planning, delivery, and successful exit. His commercial insight, industry knowledge, and hands-on approach provide valuable support across both Proseed and Procure’s operations.
